The Lamp and the Mirror: Illuminating and Reflecting on Spiritual Beliefs
In this class, participants go through a systematic process of identifying and exploring their essential spiritual beliefs about such topics as God, good and evil, authority, ritual, and etc. The roots of these beliefs and the consequences of holding them are part of the process of exploration. Between class sessions, participants complete individual creative and reflective projects to prepare for the next topic. A workbook is provided, and participants finish the class with a systematic summary of their personal theology, as well as tools for taking next steps, if desired.
This class can also be presented as a weekend retreat.
